was the Chairman of the Jewish Bible Association and the Associate Editor of its journal the JEWISH BIBLE QUARTERLY. Rabbi Pearl z"l served as the spiritual leader of the Birmingham Hebrew Congregation in England and the Conservative Synagogue Adath Israel of Riverdale in Riverdale NY. The Jewish Bible Association and these congregations honor his memory with this index.
